About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will enhance our DevOps practices and oversee our cloud infrastructure at a strategic level. Collaborating closely with development and IT teams, you will streamline deployment processes, improve system reliability, and foster a culture of continuous integration and delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Collaboration:
• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement processes that enhance development workflows and system reliability.
• Infrastructure Management:
• Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure solutions, primarily using AWS.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and improve software delivery timelines.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to cloud infrastructure, application performance, and network configuration.
• Cloud Network Administration:
• Architect and manage cloud networking environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Optimize resource utilization and cost management strategies for cloud services.
• Implement security best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Drive ongoing enhancements in DevOps tools and methodologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovations that align with business goals.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in AWS cloud environments.
• 8+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerization (Docker ecosystem).
• Proficient in scripting and automation using languages such as Bash, Python, or Golang.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a technical setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Azure and Google Cloud Platform cloud platforms.
• Understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST).
• Experience with network security tools, particularly Palo Alto firewalls.
